About the Conference
The Canadian Conference on Dementia (CCD) is a premier biennial event that brings together leading clinicians, researchers, and other healthcare professionals to discuss the latest advancements in dementia care and research. This year’s theme, “Across the Dementia Cognitive Continuum: Prevention, Precision Medicine, and Practice Implications,” highlights the evolving landscape of dementia diagnosis, treatment, and management across all stages of cognitive decline.
The CCD welcomes a diverse audience, including neurologists, geriatricians, psychiatrists, primary care physicians, researchers, nurses, allied health professionals, and policymakers. The conference provides a unique opportunity to engage with experts, share insights, and collaborate on shaping the future of dementia care in Canada and beyond.
Join us as we explore the latest innovations in dementia prevention, precision medicine, and clinical practice to improve outcomes for individuals affected by dementia and their caregivers.
